Organizers of the Ghana Music Awards, Charter House, have released a public statement urging musicians to file for nominations for this year’s edition.
Most people on social media have tipped ‘Picture’ by Seven Kizs to win the Unsung Artiste of the Year alongside the likes of new sensation, Safo Newman.
However, fast-rising singer, Seven Kizs born Eric Asante has been coy about his nomination and picking awards at the Ghana Music Awards (GMA) when questioned.
“When it comes to the VGMA by the grace of God from the way I’m putting in the work and I continue to pray to God to always help me,” he said Property FM in Cape Coast.
“I’ve been praying for a long time till now so if God permits and the time comes we’re there and since God is still alive I have absolute trust in Him. As for which nominations I’m looking at and which awards I’ll go home with I’ll leave everything to God to lead my way and always direct my path in all endeavours”.
